Pros:
1. You did not need to spend any money to start a YouTube channel. You can begin from any point. To upload a video, all you need is a good camera and a fast internet connection.
2. In comparison to blogging, approval of AdSense is simple on YouTube.
3. There are numerous ways to make money on YouTube.

• Brand Collaboration
• Sponsorship
• Affiliate Product Sales
• Offer your products or services for sale.
4. You don’t need to spend extra time promoting because people already spend too much time on YouTube.
Cons:
1. If you receive too many YouTube strikes, you’re channel may be deleted.
2. You do not have your own rights; if YouTube finds your video to violate their privacy policies, your channel may be banned or your video may be permanently deleted.
If you are serious about making money from your blog, start with a self-hosted WordPress site rather than a free BlogSpot site.
So all of the advice I’m going to give you is based on a self-hosted WordPress website.
1. Starting a successful blog necessitates problem-solving and writing abilities.
2. There are numerous ways to earn money from blogs, including sponsored posts, selling links, affiliate marketing, selling your own courses, and selling services.
3. To begin a blog, you will need a branded domain name and good hosting. Once these are in place, you can begin your own blog.
4. You did not rely on a third party, such as YouTube. You have your own right.
Cons:
1. It is time-consuming.
2. Necessary Patience.
So I just want to say why you limit yourself to one platform when you could start with any platform and then start diversifying your content and earning money from both.
You can earn a six-figure income from both blogging and YouTube, but you must approach whatever you start with the mindset of a business.
